At Device Care Hub Ltd, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy explains our approach to refunds and how disputes are handled in a transparent and efficient manner.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If the service has not been initiated and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Partial Refund: If the session has already started, based on the work already completed.
  • No Refund: If the service is fully completed and no complaint was made within 7 days of delivery.
  • 💳 Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, please reach out to us before contacting your payment provider. We are happy to look into the matter and offer a resolution, which may include a redo, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
