Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Device Care Hub Ltd, we’re committed to offering clear, honest, and fair policies regarding service cancellations and refunds. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we ensure each request is handled with care and transparency.

Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a booked service, please notify us at the earliest by emailing support@devicecarehub.com or calling 1234. Cancellations made before the service begins will not incur any charges.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund: Available if the service hasn’t started or is cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
  • Partial Refund: May apply if a portion of the service has already been completed.
  • No Refund: Processed after 7 days of service delivery will not be accepted.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
